Santos Young Development was founded by husband-and-wife team Cat and Jesse Young, combining backgrounds in architecture, technology, design, and project management with a shared passion for creating enduring spaces that bring people together.

Cat is a licensed architect with more than 18 years of experience designing custom homes and leading complex building projects throughout New England. Jesse brings expertise in technology, visualization, operations, and creative problem-solving, helping turn ideas into thoughtful, well-executed developments.

Together, we approach every project as long-term stewards—seeking opportunities to restore, develop, and manage properties that contribute to their communities while delivering lasting value. Our goal is simple: create well-crafted places that people are proud to live in, work in, and care for for generations.
